Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. You can track your package through the carrier's tracking portal.
Shipping restrictions
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please contact us before placing an order if your address falls under these categories.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
Kitchenway is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to find the best resolution.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Kitchenway is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an error — changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.
