By purchasing a subscription, pre-order, or any other purchase option from Kitchenway, you agree to the terms and cancellation policies outlined below.

1. Subscription Cancellation

If you have purchased a product subscription option (recurring orders):

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription by logging into your Customer Account on our website, clicking on "Manage Subscriptions", and selecting cancel. Alternatively, you can email our support team at khusanboymakhsudov98@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge, and we will process it for you.

  • Billing & Shipments: If your subscription has already been billed for the current month, that shipment cannot be canceled or refunded, but no future charges will occur.

2. Pre-Order Cancellations

For items purchased under a pre-order purchase option:

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse.

  • After Shipment: Once a pre-order item has been shipped, it falls under our standard Refund & Return Policy. You will need to wait to receive the product and initiate a standard return.

3. Changes to Your Purchase Options

You can update your shipping address, payment method, or skip a specific delivery cycle at any time through your customer portal before the next scheduled processing date.
